  • What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply immersive experience where participants are enveloped in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by instruments like gongs, crystal singing bowls, and chimes. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and restores energetic balance.
  • What should I bring to a sound bath session?
If you are booking an in-person appointment bring a blanket. You may also want to bring an eye mask and a water bottle. Wear loose, layered, comfortable clothing to make sure you are warm and fully relaxed. I provide you with a comfortable reclining chair to give you the ultimate sound journey!
  • What happens during a sound bath?
You’ll lie down or sit comfortably while the practitioner plays instruments that create healing sound waves. The session typically begins with guided relaxation, followed by the immersive sounds of the gongs, crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramid, ocean drum and chimes.
  • How long does a sound bath last?
A typical session lasts around an hour.
  • Who can benefit from a sound bath?
Sound baths are suitable for anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, or a meditative experience. They can also help with emotional release, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
  • Are sound baths safe for everyone?
Sound baths are generally safe, but they may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as: Severe anxiety or PTSD (as sound may trigger emotions). Pacemakers or other electronic medical devices (due to vibrations). Epilepsy or seizures (as sound can occasionally trigger a response). If you’re pregnant or have any health concerns, it is your responsibility to consult your doctor before attending.
